All merchandise sold through the Suba Games related websites is "virtual" and intangible, and therefore cannot be returned. Since game play itself is free to registered users, Suba Games will process any request for refund, where points that were purchased were not used. If you have used any of the points that were purchased no refund will be granted.

No refunds will be granted on any Pre-Paid Card's already redeemed or on cards where the pin has been revealed on the back of the card.
