Q: How do I use my Credit Card to buy Suba Points?
A: By visiting our Suba Bank and choosing the desired Suba Points package, you will be provided with a list of payment options that are available on Suba Games. After selecting Credit Card click proceed. Fill out the required fields and the points will then be instantly added to your account

Q: How come it will not let me use my Credit Card?
A: There is a list of Countries that are not currently supported by Suba Games.

Q: I still did not receive my purchased Suba Points
A: If you have successfully completed your purchase and still have not received your points you will be required to fill out the form below and we will be able to further assist you.

Q: I made the wrong purchase?(Amount or Account)
A: First thing that you must remember to do is Do Not Use the points, then contact us and will be able to assist you with your issue.
