Q: I logged on and my item is gone...
A: Please keep in mind that most items purchased are timed items and will disappear when it has expired. Most items even when not equipped will continue to expire, please purchase your items carefully.
Q: I am unable to use the gun I purchased in the game.
A: There are some guns that are restricted for use in some game rooms. Also, you are required to equip the gun after you purchase it or by pressing the "N" key to change your equiped gun. (Change of weapon will take effect once you have re-spawned)
