Q: How come I cannot connect?
A: Inability to connect is primarily caused by two primary issues; Firstly, ensure you are typing your Username and Password correctly. Secondly, Ensure that your computer meets the minimum requirements for launching the game. This includes having the .NET Framework version 3.5 SP1 installed on your computer.

Also, please make sure to launch your client of M.A.R.S. "As Administrator" if you are still experiencing issues with logging in. If the above fixes do not help, please fill out the form below and we will quickly help you resolve the issue that you are facing.
