The i3 Error will usually come up if you are running Windows XP or below and -don't- have Update for Root Certificates [August 2010] (KB931125) installed. This is an update to the Windows operating system that is required for the launcher to function correctly.
To check if you need this update, please visit https://mat.subagames.com/News.aspx with Internet Explorer. If you get a certificate error, then please download the Update for Root Certificates [August 2010] (KB931125) update found here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=f5eff286-5412-4d7f-81b2-3a1418a4f8b9
Once installed, restart your computer and try the MAT launcher again. If you're still getting the i3 Error after following these steps, please send a ticket under the heading M.A.T. - Login Issues.
