M.A.T. - Disconnected From Gateway

This error message occurs when a connection to the game server cannot be established. This can be due to one of several reasons.

1. If you haven't played MAT before or have just patched MAT, this could be due to your firewall blocking MAT from making the connections it needs to make. Please put MAT on your firewall's exception list.

2. The game server is down. This can be due to an unexpected period of downtime or it can be from our regularly scheduled maintenance period which occurs between 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM EST every Thursday morning.
