ACE - Item Transfers

Item transfers can only be done when certain requirements have been met.

1: If the player has a slot machine armor that was traded before the patch that modified it's trade status.

2: Items may be exchanged if they were bought using Suba Points or Mileage Points. They can be converted back into SP or Mileage or traded in for an item of equal value.

3: Special case situations involving scams and other illegal activities that involve the GM Team to transfer items to correct a problem.
