ACE - Hackshield Error
If you have recieved a hackshield error, that means there is a problem with the Hackshield that is currently installed with ACE Online. Here are the following solutions:

1: Reinstall ACE Online
2: Repatch the game through the manual patches provided at:

http://dl1.subagames.com/acedownload/Ace%20Online%20Patch(2100to2202).exe
http://dl2.subagames.com/acedownload/Ace%20Online%20Patch(2100to2202).exe

3: The game patch may have installed into your C:\ due to various PC configurations. Please copy the files and overwrite the files that are in the game directory. (Default at C:\Program Files\SubaGames\ACE Online)
